(OPENPRESS) January 4, 2012 -- According to recent market news, under the macro-economic policies of China, the food industry (excluding tobacco manufacturing) of China achieved satisfactory result in the first to third quarters of 2011. Food manufacturing industry is undergoing steady growth in production and sales, with improvement on production efficiency and sufficient market supplies, export is encouraging too. In the first to third quarters, the total output value of large-scale food manufacturer reached 5024.24 billion, increased by 32.7% annually; the sales volume reached 4930.3 billion, increased by 33% that achieved a 98.1% high sales rate; total imports and exports value was USD 55.79 billion, a 30.9% annual increase.
